Shipping & Delivery Policy
Green Spade provides delivery services within Singapore. Delivery options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
Standard Delivery
Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Same or Next Day Delivery
Same or next day delivery may be available for selected areas. Orders should be placed before 10:00 AM for next-day delivery, subject to availability. Delivery generally takes 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This service is not available for Sentosa Cove and Tuas.
Sentosa Cove and Tuas
Standard delivery to Sentosa Cove and Tuas generally takes 5 to 7 business days. Express delivery generally takes 2 to 4 business days. Free standard delivery promotions do not apply to these areas.
Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Locations Without Lift Access
For delivery locations without lift access where stairs are required, an additional charge of $5 per level applies. Customers should inform us in advance when placing their order.
Delivery Days and Timing
Deliveries generally take place from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays. Saturday delivery may be available depending on delivery volume.
Delivery dates and times are estimates and may vary due to delivery routes, traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Notifications
We will generally contact customers by text message or WhatsApp with an estimated delivery time before delivery.
If No One Is Available to Receive the Order
If no one is available at the delivery address, you may provide instructions for the delivery team to leave the order at a designated location, where appropriate.
Incorrect or Changed Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Once an order is out for delivery, we may not be able to redirect it to another address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in an unsuccessful delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery, redelivery or return charges incurred.
Self-Collection
Self-collection is available without a delivery charge. We will contact you by text message or WhatsApp with collection details. Please arrange your collection date and time with us in advance.
Someone else may collect your order on your behalf. They should have your order confirmation or order number available for verification.
