I ordered multiple 40L bags of soil 6 days ago via their online shopping platform channel.
6 days later and the items still havent been delivered despite them tagging the items as shipped out the day after purchase.
No delivery-tracking ID provided by them, attempts to call their listed phone number at 88698827 go unanswered, and on their online customer chat channel there is absolutely no reply from them despite 48 hours elapsing across Monday and Tuesday business/office hours.
Stay away from this business. Going forward, i know i certainly will.
Update : 10mins after i first posted this, they finally replied via chat. 10mins after the chat reply, they sent me a tracking link.
If they had done this even 3 days ago, i wouldnt have had to post such a scathing review.
An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure - why is it that so many singapore businesses and organizations take action only after receiving complaints instead of being proactive to avoid the complaint arising in the first place?
